Chlorine measurement in process water treatment

What is measured and for what reason:

Most food plants treat the water in order to have no biological contamination. One possibility is to do this with chlorine. For example in bean sprout production, but also in nearly all other industry branches

Why is it special:

The chlorine content needs to be monitored very accurate, because to much will cause a bad taste and high agent costs, to less will not reach the needed result in reduction of microorganisms.

How can it be solved best:

Endress+Hauser build with their CCS 140, CCA 250, CCM 253 a compact measuring system for all application in water treatment
