Coffee

Coffee can be divided into two kinds: roasted coffee and instant coffee. Roasted coffee is being used in a coffee machine. Roasted coffee can be bought in a ground and ungrounded form. The ungrounded coffee needs to be ground before it can be used in the coffee machine. The ground roasted coffee is put into a filter and cooking water is dispersed over it. The hot water trickles through the coffee and the filter. The result is an extraction of the ground coffee. Instant coffee is a dried extract and can be added directly to the hot water. From both kinds of coffee the process is described below. Both kinds are also available without caffeine.
