Resistance thermometer
The resistance of a resistance thermometer is changing with different temperatures
a Pt 100 is a "PTC" resistant with a positive temperature
coefficient. If the temperature rises, the resistance is rising too.
These are the standard instruments used in food.
What does it mean;Pt 100?
"Pt"means Platinum resistance
"100"means Ohm resistance at 0° C
