The wide range of products presented at Bta is divided into three single-theme exhibition areas: Tecnoalimentaria, Tecnocárnica and Ingretecno, which are leading shows in themselves.

Tecnoalimentaria is an international exhibition of machinery and technology for the food and beverage industry and the food and beverage trade in general. This area is able to meet the needs of each one of the food and beverage market’s sectors. It brings together manufacturers, distributors and marketers of machinery, equipment and technology for food and beverage processing (dairy products, fruit, vegetables, canned foods, fish and seafood, wine, spirits, soft drinks, mineral water, oil, etc.); equipment and technology for industrial and commercial refrigeration processes; quality control equipment and systems; cleaning, hygiene, safety and environmental protection equipment and systems; equipment and machinery for the food and beverage business and companies providing services for the food and beverage industry and trade, and engineering firms.

Tecnocárnica, for its part, is an international exhibition of machinery, technology, equipment and supplies for the meat and meat products industry. Its exhibitors include: manufacturers, distributors and marketers of machinery, equipment and technology for meat processing; industrial and commercial refrigeration processes; cleaning, hygiene, safety and environmental protection equipment and systems; commercial equipment; abattoirs, cutting plants, meat product and meat derivative processors; engineering firms and turnkey projects and services for the sector’s industry and trade.

Lastly, Ingretecno is an international exhibition of ingredients and additives for the food and beverage industry. Thousands of professionals visit the show to discover the most innovative intermediate food products (IFP) on the market.
