Michelman Provides Sweet Solutions for Bakers

• VaporCoat® is used for bakery display packaging and protects against unsightly oil and grease stains. It’s typically used for pastries, doughnuts, muffins, croissants, frosted cakes and breads.

• ColorCoat™ coatings are applied to enhance the appearance of the package, and offer barrier properties for non-bake-in applications such as cake circles under sheet cakes and layer cakes. The coating colors can be matched to PMS codes, with some metallic colors available.

• Michem® Coat 50AFN provides a high level of oil and grease resistance and allows bakery goods to be baked directly in their paper packaging. Used primarily for cakes and cookies.
