European Seafood Exposition (ESE), the world's largest seafood trade event began in April 1993 as a result of the demand from the European customers who attended the International Boston Seafood Show. Making ESE the first event of its kind focused specifically on seafood products. 2012 marks the 20th edition of the event growing throughout the years to become the most important global event for the seafood industry.

The exposition brings together 25,000 of the top buyers and sellers from around the world for three days of sourcing products, networking with industry professionals and doing business – all in one location.
