The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium organizers have a long and distinguished history of providing vintners and growers with the information they need to remain competitive. Jointly organized by ASEV and CAWG, the show represents the collective experience, knowledge and background of the entire industry. The program of sessions addressing topics ranging from marketing and business to enology and viticulture is presented in cooperation with the American Vineyard Foundation; California State University, Fresno; Family Winemakers of California; Sonoma State University; University of California, Davis and Wine Institute.
