TNA displays integrated packaging line with robag® 3 fx 180 rotary triple jaw machine at snackex international

BARCELONA, SPAIN (3-5 June 2007) – tna, the leading supplier of turn-key, integrated packaging and processing solutions for food production companies worldwide, showcases a fully integrated packaging line with a robag® 3 fx 180 Rotary Triple Jaw (RTJ) vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) bagger at the Snackex International Savoury Snack and Peanut Exhibition and Conference in Barcelona, Spain, 3-5 June, Booth # 521.

tna will integrate a robag® 3 fx 180 RTJ VFFS bagger with a tna 320 delta scale, a tna Intelli-date™ 53T date coder and Safeline metal detector to produce small pillow bags with flat bag widths of 180mm. Capable of speeds as high as 220BPM, the fully integrated line is perfect for the snack industry or any high-density product that needs to be packed at a high speed and in a small bag. The fully integrated packaging system enables customers to monitor and direct all compatible upstream and downstream equipment like weighers, date coders and metal detectors from a master control unit.
