Market drives industry, industry drives exposition. With the high development of the Chinese economy, the food industry presents a quick development at the moment. It has become one of the industries which growths and is vigorous. However, currently the technology and quality of the food processing and packaging machinery cannot satisfy the developing industry. Just 25% of the companies can get the technology and remodification for updating. 75% of them still is in the handcrafted and semi-mechanization processing. They are in urgent need of advanced technology and equipment. The CMPE came to be in order to answer the call for development by international famous brands and modern food business groups. It also shows the direction of development to the small-to-medium-sized enterprises.
