Double-walled magnetic filter removes metal from sticky products that congeals, like chocolate.

A double-walled magnetic filter can be deployed in the
chocolate industry and serves to remove
metal from sticky products that are transported under pressure. Chocolate, for example, congeals when it comes into contact with the - cooler - inside of the filter. However, since warm water (with a maximum temperature of 40°C) flows through the magnetic filter's outer housing, the product remains in liquid state. This enables even the smallest pieces of metal (30 mhu) to be removed. When other magnetic systems are employed these particles are just swept further along in the sticky stream. The magnetic filter is fully 'hygienic' and therefore can meet the stringent demands of the foodstuffs industry HACCP).
