The first tobacco Congress & Trade Fair for the entire Latin America / Caribbean Region. The Congress will be a joint platform for the Latin America / Caribbean tobacco community to discuss regional and local problems and future solutions. The Trade Fair held concurrently will present machinery and services to visitors and participants.
