The Kenya Institute of Food Science and Technology (KIFST), The Institute of Packaging of Kenya (IOPK) and The Eastern & Southern Africa Dairy Association (ESADA) in collaboration with other partners within and outside Africa’s food value chain are hosting the biggest convergence of stakeholders in food chain in Africa,The African Food Techno- Business Conference & Exhibition ( FoodAfrica 2014) to be held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre-KICC on 16th – July 18th 2014, Nairobi Kenya. Under the theme, "Global Food Technologies & Businesses for Increased Competitiveness & trade", the event will comprise of a two-day high level powerful conference, industrial field trips and social activities alongside a comprehensive exhibition of science, technology, best practices, products and services and innovations in food chain from around the world.

Organized by a leading International Conference and Trade Fairs management firm, 360 Conferences and Trade Fairs, FoodAfrica 2014 is a platform that will provide the impetus to propel the African food and agricultural sector to global competitiveness by stimulating technology transfer and solutions and knowledge sharing and trade.
