The successful Confectionery Manufacturing Expo 2006 in Shanghai attracted 3,318 attendees. 88% came from China and the remaining 12% represented manufacturers from over 36 countries.A sign of the success is that over 75% of the floorspace has now already been booked for 2007, 6-8th November 2007, and a new show for Snack Manufacturing has been launched alongside (www.snack-expo.com).
