The Convention & Expo is held annually in Portland and attracts almost 4,000 food processing industry professionals from across the country. In addition to featuring over 450 exhibitor booths, the event offers industry-relevant education sessions with information and interesting speakers to encourage a broad-based attendance by food processor company personnel.
